To submit an application to the PropTech Excellence Awards, an application fee will be collected for each submission (non-refundable). The fees for each category are as follows:

1.
Applicants originating in Hong Kong or have solutions applicable in Hong Kong are eligible to apply for the awards. This includes foreign companies where the solutions are implemented in Hong Kong.
2.
Applicants are required to showcase a project or case study highlighting their solutions and demonstrating its impact. Startup solutions must provide Proof of Concept (POC).
3.
Applicants are allowed to join more than one category.
4.
The start-up must be established less than 5 years (i.e. established on or after 15 September 2018)

Submissions will only be considered valid upon confirmation of payment.
6.
The PropTech Excellence Awards Organising Committee reserves the right to make final and binding decisions on the eligibility of all applications.
7.
The PropTech Excellence Awards Organising Committee reserves the right to not award a prize, in the event that the Jury Panel determines that the applicant has not met the necessary criteria.
8.
The decisions made by the Jury Panel for the PropTech Excellence Awards shall be considered final and binding.
