CATEGORY

CRITERIA

1.1 Design and Construction

I. Technical sophistication (30%)
The level of technical complexity and capability of the technology or solution, including its ability to improve the design and construction process through advanced tools including but not limited to BIM and 3D modeling.  

II. Efficiency (30%)
Tangible improvements in Design and Construction efficiency by reducing costs, increasing productivity, and streamlining decision-making.

III. Adaptability (40%)
Adaptability of the solution across various construction projects, building types, and design styles.

1.2 Safety

I. Safety impact (40%)
Effectiveness and impact of improving safety standards within the Property Development or Construction Industry.  Including but not limited to mitigating risks, preventing accidents, and promoting a culture of safety.

II. Innovation (30%)
The level of innovation demonstrated by the technology or initiative in addressing safety challenges in the industry. Including but not limited to considering its unique features, technological advancements, and novel approaches to enhancing safety.  

III. Adaptability (20%)
Adaptability of the solution across various construction projects, sites, and industry practices.

IV. Collaboration (10%)
The degree of collaboration involved in developing and implementing the safety solution, including but not limited to partnerships with industry stakeholders, engagement with workers, and involvement of relevant regulatory bodies.

I. Environmental impact (40%)
Demonstrating a clear commitment to environmental sustainability through PropTech solutions and practices. Showing measurable positive outcomes in reducing carbon emissions, water usage, and overall environmental impact.

II. Ethical and social impact (30%)
Contributing to the well-being and quality of life of communities through PropTech initiatives. Creating inclusive and accessible spaces that enhance livability and promote social equity. Incorporating social responsibility practices, such as affordable housing solutions, community engagement, and supporting local businesses.

III. Governance and ethics (30%)
Maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices. Ensuring transparency and accountability in decision-making processes. Implementing effective risk management strategies to address legal, regulatory, and ethical challenges.
