Remarks
- Logo acknowledgment is subject to the date of sponsorship confirmation and the publish dates of the respective promotional materials.
- Detailed specifications will be provided at a later stage, and sponsors are required to provide ALL content or layout of advertisements, which are subject to final approval by HKPTA.
- Sponsors are requested to provide a spokesperson’s quote to be included in the newspaper supplement. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the provided quote, if necessary, to fit the story’s purpose.
- Sponsor(s) is required to provide ALL advertisement artwork / video materials.
- Sponsor(s) is responsible for their content preparation, which is subject to final approval by HKPTA.
- Sponsor(s) is responsible for their souvenirs preparation.
- Sponsor(s) is responsible for the video advertisement (in AVI / WMV / MP4 format) preparation, and the content must be approved by organizer in advance.
- Video will be produced by HKPTA’s video crew and filmed during Award Presentation Ceremony ONLY.
- In the event of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
